How to register for Member Online

If you are an Employee, Partner or Personal member

The first time you use the new Member Online you will need to register for online access. By using yoru member number, you will be prompted to set up an authentication option. If you choose to authenticate using your mobile number, it will need to match the one we have on our records.

If you are a Pension member

The first time you use the new Member Online you will need to register for online access.  To do this, you will need to use your new member number which would have been sent to you when we first went live with the new Member Online. You will be prompted to set up the authentication option If you choose to authenticate using yoru mobile number, it will need to match the one we have on our records.

If you have a Transition to Retirement Account

The first time you use the new Member Online you will need to:

  1. Register for online access. By using your Super account member number, simply enter your member number and you will be prompted to set up the authentication option. If you choose to authenticate using your moible number, it will need to match the one we have on our records. 
  2. Link your Super and Pension accounts into a single view. Once you have registered for an online account, call us on 1800 000 086 to link your Super and Pension accounts. This will enable you to toggle easily between accounts.

If you have more than one Pension Account

The first time you use the new Member Online you will need to:

  1. Register for online access. By using your new member number and following the prompts, simply enter your new member number and you will be prompted to set up an authentication option. If you choose to authenticate using your mobile number, it will need to match the one we have on our records. 
  2. Link your pension accounts into a single view. Once you have registered for an online account, call us on 1800 000 086 to link all your pension accounts. This will enable you to toggle easily between accounts.
