Prepare for your webinar

  1. Click on the ‘Register’ button above to register for the webinar you would like to attend.  
  2. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration 
  3. The confirmation email includes a reminder you can add to your calendar, along with a link to join the webinar using your web browser 
  4. We suggest joining the webinar 5 minutes before it starts to avoid any delays.

Joining as a Guest: When you receive the invitation email for the webinar, you will find a link to join. If you click on this link, you will be presented with options to either sign in or join as a guest. You can select "Join as a guest" and then enter your name to participate without needing a Microsoft account.

Browser Access: You can join the webinar through the web browser on your computer without needing to download the Teams app. If you choose to join via mobile, you will be prompted to download the Teams app it if it's not already installed.  Once the Teams app is installed, you can log in and join the webinar or join as a guest.
